Basic instructions to authors for Notes, Comments, Preliminary Results:  

  1. Submissions must be in PDF format. 

  2. Text should be in 12pt. font and single-spaced.

  3. Do not include a title page with any submission (one will be generated automatically).

  4. Submissions are limited to seven printed pages exclusive of tables, figures, references and appendices.
