Biographical Sketch :
 
Dr.Liow Kim Hiang is the Associate Professor in Corporate Real Estate and Financial Economics at the Department of Real Estate, in the School of Design and Environment, National University of Singapore. He received his PhD (1994) from the Manchester Business School, The Victoria University of Manchester in the United Kingdom. He has written and published over 120 research papers and reports in international, regional and local journals and conferences. In addition to joining the Editorial Board of Economic Bulletin in September 2005, he is also an editorial board member of five international international real estate journals and sits on the Board of Advisors, Financial Management Association Singapore (FMAS). He served in the Board of Directors, Asian Real Estate Society from 2001-2005.
